Elisa, keeping hands and feet warm in winter workouts is an absolute must. It's good you've recognized what are the best options for you during the cold and you are sticking with the safest route. If you didn't see it, check out our post on home-based workouts. There are some great options for getting your exercise done at home when going outside in the cold isn't an option.

I love being outside in winter, but I cannot keep my feet warm. I want to snowshoe and cross country ski, but I run the risk of frost bite. I also have cold induced asthma. Not a good combination. I have to stick to indoor activities instead.
